Khyber Medical University Merit List

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Mere figuring in this order of merit shall not confer any right of admission on the candidate if he/she is otherwise found ineligible on detection of any error/mistake/fraud/misrepresentation at any stage of admissions. As per Clause 12 of Admission Policy "All admissions will be provisional. All certificates or any other documents submitted with the application form will be subject to verification. Any candidate whose documents are found incorrect or false / forged in any way, or whose authentication is doubtful rendering him/her ineligible for admission under the rules, will be struck off from the college roll and legal action may be taken under the criminal and civil law against him/her".
  • 2. Candidates are instructed to appear before placement/Interview committee as per schedule uploaded on https://ihsislamabad.kmu.edu.pk
  • 3. Upon placment in a particular institute candidate will be given fee deposit slip for the category of his/her admission. In case the admission fee is not deposited within three working days, right of the candidate for admission shall stand cancelled. The vacant seat shall be offered to the next candidate on merit.
  • 4. The candidates are further directed to report to the office of Director of the concerned institute for other codal formalities to be fulfilled as required by the respective institute within three days positively.
  • 5. The Chairman Provincial Admission Committee shall have the power to review the merit lists in case of any bonafide error, lapse, mistake, fraud or misrepresentation that occurs or is brought to his notice before/during the completion of admission process or thereafter and the merit lists will be amended accordingly.
  • 6. The Candidates are directed to bring all Personal and Education documents along with himself/herself on the day of interview.

Those students whose payment status is shown as NOT VERIFIED are directed to Add Complaint online on the portal (https://ihsislamabad.kmu.edu.pk/complaint.php). Important Notice: The final deadline to update FSc total marks or KMU CAT Marks is October 28, 2026. Please note that the online portal will close permanently after this date, and no further modifications will be permitted for the upcoming merit list. Login to your portal, click on preview your information page, Next Click Edit Education link and update your marks.
